If you’re anything like me, you are probably a newbie blogger looking for the best tools to grow your blog traffic. I’ve only been blogging for one year and have already experienced some pretty expressive goals with only 3 tools. Before I jump into it, i wanted to share a disclaimer that these tools will help gain blog traffic but it does take time, patience and consistency. This is not a grow you blog traffic overnight scheme, but simply guiding and setting you up for success in the blogging world. Be patient with yourself and your blog.
1. Grow Your Your Blog Traffic With Pinterest
One of the best tools to grow your blog traffic is by using Pinterest. Yup, Pinterest is not just for dreaming up your future wedding but you can actually grow your blow traffic if you use it right. First tip is to convert your Pinterest account to a Business Account. Once you do this, you’ll be able to get free access to business analytics for growing your blog traffic. The goal with pinterest is to pin your own pins that drive traffic to your blog by using keywords, hashtags and SEO in your pin’s title and description.
How do you create your own pins for Pinterest? This ties into my next best tool.
#2 Creating Pinterest Graphics With Canva
If you don’t already have a Canva account, I’d suggest you sign up for it. The best thing is this tool is completely FREE! When you sign up, you have access to free templates for all your business and blogging needs. The templates are already pre-sized with the dimensions you need for Pinterest. It’s super easy to use with the drag and drop options. For more tools within Canva, you can also upgrade to Canva PRO for only $12.95 a month with a free 30 day trial. Here are some examples of the Pins I have created to grow my blog traffic with my Canva Pro account:

#3 How To Use Tailwind For Pinterest?
I saved the best tool for last! Using Tailwind for Pinterest has increased my blog’s traffic significantly. Tailwind is the #1 social media scheduling tool. Using Canva to create my pins, I used Tailwind to schedule my pins to my Pinterest account on autopilot. You can also sign up for a free trial account. I’m also giving away one month free when you upgrade to Tailwind Plus, which is what I use to gain more traffic.
Tailwind allows you to schedule all of your pins to your boards up to few months in advance. For gaining traffic and viewers, you have to constantly pin to Pinterest but honestly no-one has time for that. This tool makes it easier and frees up your time. The key to using Tailwind is joining Tailwind Communities, a group of other pinners, and bloggers re-sharing each other’s pins. This gets more eyes on your pins because other “power pinners” are re-pinning your content to their boards. I was able to gain so much traffic by using Tailwind for Pinterest!
