Ingredients for Mexican Wedding Balls:
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract /or almond extract
2 cups of flour
2 sticks of butter
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in flour until stiff dough forms. Use a cookie scooper and roll into balls. Bake for 10-12 minutes. While still hot, rolls ball into powdered sugar until fully cover. Enjoy!
