Our Family’s Favorite Banana Bread
This traditional super moist banana bread recipe is one of my family’s favorite! I’ve been making this bread for years! I originally adopted this classic banana bread recipe from my stepmother, who got it from her late father.
You know those bananas that somehow never get eaten and they just sit there and rot?! Well, my step-mother showed me how to turn them into this one of kind bread. Yes, over-ripe bananas are key to having super moist and sweet banana bread and no wasted food! Yay! In my house, my step-brother would notice the bananas getting ripe and would demand me to make a few loaves. LOL. As if, I was the designated banana bread maker or something.
Basically, it’s my thing and I have taken it into marriage.
*Tip: If you don’t have rotten bananas on hand, you can put them in the oven at 375 degrees for like 10 minutes.
