For example, one of the most surprising recipes that I tried from this book was Cherry Garcia Ice Cream. I LOVE ice cream and the fact that this is in a diet book, is crazy to me. This ice cream is so rich from coconut milk and dark chocolate! Mmm, yum! Furthermore, it’s only 165 calories!
