If you have no idea what I’m talking about, then you definitely need to catch up on Part 1, Part 2, & Part 3. The Always Eat After 7pm plan consists of: The 14-day Accelerator Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good. I’ve truly enjoyed indulging into this plan and book. It’s introduced me to look at dieting in a positive light. 

Always Eat After 7pm has given me confidence to diet well. I’ve always had trouble with choosing the right foods and portions and with the help of this plan and provided recipes, I can continue the race as I approach motherhood. I’m excited to keep going after I give birth to get down to my goal weight. I will continue to strategize with this plan to help me achieve my goals. And it won’t be super hard either cause of all those those super yummy recipes included in this book!
